Had a lovely stay at the hotel for a week, everything was very good. I ate at a really nice restaurant for dinner. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was excellent.

We loved this spotlessly clean hotel with a modern lobby. Buffet breakfast was good hot for the price. It was central and close to Market Square. Moreover, the area was central.

Staff was phenomenal, top location in a tourist area. The room was immaculate and impeccable, bed was exceptionally comfortable. Had premium drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening. The continental breakfast was gorgeous and savoury, plenty of options.

Would love to go back when in Kitchener, it was a very relaxing stay. Room is big sized, breakfast is large, location is unique. Enjoyed fast check-in and fast check-out.

Efficient hotel, my favourite in Kitchener. Varied breakfast, personalised service. There was a nice restaurant, the shops and a market next door.
The bed was not great in this place.
